The same focus is found in the bar. The best ingredients make the best cocktails and each season brings new creations. The award winning wine list is custom fit to our menu and. Like everything at Astaria, changes with the seasons. Each wine is hand selected by Wine Director and GM James Fales. Of the thousands of wines tasted in any given year a select few, about 150, make the list.
