At Astaria we think of our wine list as an extension of our menu. We work very hard to keep the two in harmony. Each year we taste close to a thousand different wines to create our list of 130 or so bottles. The ones that make the cut have been carefully selected and comprise what is usually deemed an “eclectic” list. If hidden gems, cult favorites, and great values are seen as eclectic, then we happily concur. |
